Another question :)
when doing 2 or 3 stages, do you stop with your foot after one pirouette and kick off a second/third time?
-
I've been working on isolated 360s. So no balls. Just concentrating on the rotation and timing etc.

@floyddango you're less likely to get dizzy if you whip your head around quickly, I think. other than that. I'm not sure, really. You aren't watching the props the whole time, are you?

Does anyone get dizzy after making too many spins ;D I think in smaller rooms you're more likely to get dizzy. Is there anyone know tips to reduce this dizziness? dizzyyyyyyy

Hey thx for the tutorial,
could you say what exactly the throws for 2 stage or 3 stage pirouettes like in 4:13 look like in siteswap?
Throws are the same as in a cascade but just higher aren't they? But whats the rhythm you throw them... 2up *pirouette* 2up *pirouette* 1 up? I have to see it in slow-motion^^

@Djumeneik The one ur talking about was 7799b spin/catch spin/catch 77 spin
for a standard 3 up 360, you have to throw three 7's to do it. So the idea is if you want to do a 2 stage, you must throw it high enough that by the time you execute the pirouette, the throw has decayed to a 7 ball flight time.
Some examples:
779 spin 77 spin
869 spin 77 spin
6x,4 version: (4,8x)(ax,8) spin (6,8x) spin <-- this one's my favorite, easiest imo.
Any more siteswap questions, just let me know!
