The Seven Places Jesus Shed His Blood #3

The crown of thorns, blood shed from the head of Jesus.
Jesus' Crown of Thorns Won Back Our Prosperity

Joh 19:2 And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe,
Picture this crown being shoved down upon Jesuss head. The blood running down into His eyes and ears. Those thorns so long and thick piercing his head, that if were not for His skull, they may have pierced into His brain. Apply the blood from the crown of thorns of Jesus over your spouses eyes, ears and mind, that they be opened to the truth of His word and act on it, Pierce the minds of our spouses with the blood of Jesus shed from those thorns. (Larry Huck also make reference about the thorns being a curse on finances, although I think of and use these bleedings in the sense of cleansing of the spirit in prayer and pleading the blood, the blood was shed for all areas of our lives, and can be used over all areas of our lives.)
CROWN OF THORNS - He shed His blood on His brow. JESUS paid the price for the "curse of poverty". Genesis 3:19 NIV - By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life.
Crown of Thorns
In Gen. 3:17-19, because Adam hearkened to the voice of is wife, and ate of the tree which God had forbidden, it brought a curse on the ground. The result is seen in Gen. 3:18, for now thorns and thistles came forth out of the ground. A thorn has such a prick that every touch brings a wound. A thistle multiplies so quickly that some types of thistles are said to have as many as 3 to 400 seeds within one head. These thorns and thistles injure the ground, choke the good seed, and destroy the hopes of the farmer. This caused Adam to do something he had never done before, work by the sweat of their brow. Gen. 3:19 says, In the sweat of thy face thou shalt eat bread. Sweat first appears on the brow when hard labor is done. Adam had never worked a sweat before sin entered.
If we dont understand we have been redeemed from the curse then the land we go to work on, the place where we build our business, is still under the curse. We go to work and by the sweat of our brow we squeeze out a meager existence. We work long hours never to have enough.
After Jesus was beaten they put a crown of thorns on his brow. It is said that the thorns of the crown are 3 to 31/2 inches long. As this was forced into his brow, not sweat but blood ran down his face. Jesus shed his blood to break the curse of poverty off our land. Matt. 27:29 says the symbol of poverty was placed on his head and our freedom to work and walk in abundance was obtained. Everyday as we work we should see an abundant supply, not fruitless labor. Apply the blood from the crown of thorns!

  • @KingGhidzilla Yea, your definitely losing faith. Im pretty sure no one calls Jesus an asshole. Thats pretty disappointing.

  • Jesus was an asshole in this clip.

  • Wow! he is Truth and he is the Light! Praise Jesus and what he as done for ALL.

  • Thank you Jesus, I can't wait to be in your amazing kingdom with you. I love You

  • Christians need to realize the religion is a jewish cult and that jesus was just another cult leader who thankfully got taken out before he could start making kool-aid. To paraphrase Hunter Thompson, sometimes going over the top and exaggerating reveals a deeper truth about a subject. Richard Nixon never ate a baby, but if I said "Richard Nixon devours the young and sucks their marrow dry" There is a truth to that.

  • @kozyshack12 Kozy you're not being an ass but I'm done debating religion. Nothing ever comes from it except cyclical arguments and going off on hundreds of tangents and still arriving nowhere. Catholics aren't as nuts as fundamentalists or evangelicals but they take the guilt and sin thing pretty far.

I'm not going to make anybody here change their religion. But I hope by being a blunt antagonist I might get someone to see their beliefs from my point of view. Even if for just a moment.

  • (...through) YouTube's private messaging system so we can take a lot of the ego pressure off and just exchange ideas and thoughts on the matter without concern to what other people are thinking when they read it. Maybe that's not even an issue for you, but for some it could be so I'm just throwing that out there. As for this thread, I think I'm gonna leave @albertodenz alone now! haha

  • And honestly, if either of us were to present 1000 arguments and in doing so silenced the other so he had nothing else to say, some may believe that to be "winning" the debate, but in reality, I'm not sure either of us really wins in that kind of situation. I enjoy free exchange of ideas and thoughts, and I'm not opposed to hearing and talking about those contrary to my own, but this poor guy's YouTube post is taking quite a hit! I'd be happy to continue exchanging ideas on this through

  • @foozybearz Hey man, just for the record, none of what I posted is meant as an attack on you personally. It's clear we don't agree on the subject. I do believe there's some crucial info that is missing that may be leading you to misconceive where I'm coming from, and we don't know each other as people so I'm sure you have a story as I do. People are deep and complex and I don't want to fall into the error of judging based on a few YouTube posts.

  • Nor do Catholics believe in the rapture as this theology was developed much later than the teachings of Jesus and the Apostles, even though some may claim the words of St. Paul attest to it. He speaks of being "caught up in the clouds", but there's more to it to explain the Catholic interpretation, and I'm not going into that here. All I have to say is that you have judged what I believe wrongly on just about every count.

May God forgive all who have caused you your hatred. I'll pray for you.
