  • yo elliott!! what if i am completely unable to get my lower back to touch the floor cuz of the way my back curves?? is there a way to overcome this problem or am i stuck with this arched back for life?

  • wow thx a bunch u just solved my problem ive got those lowest abs and a shity arch in the low region in my back, will doing this hopefully correct the arch in my low back?
