Just yummy food this time. Kimchi fried rice. Like Kentuky Fried Chicken, only different.

For delicious fried kimchi rice, I want to tell you several things. First, good kimchi makes yummy fried kimchi rice. Well fermanted kichi is the best. Another thing is..Frying the kimchi first is important - don't cheat. :P
I prefer to fry my rice a little crispy which takes longer time to cook with patience..hehe You can add more sugar or salt depending on your taste.

You can skip them... but if you can get.. sesame oil gives good flavor to it.

Kimchi is napa cabbage.. fermented with salt and spicy sauce.. so what you said are right.. I posted the recipe for kimchi.. please check it out. :)

@aeriskitchen I am guessing he may mean Japanese style 'Soba' noodles instead of the rice, as they are made from buckwheat.....but I may be wrong :)
