I hate having all my tools on display like a thrift store, nothing beats a nice big roll-around chest ! pegboard make me cringe.. nice idea tho

@HackerGuitarist Two years and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Tools chests are way too expensive and too heavy (AKA hard to move) for me. The pegboard really displays your options when working on something. As I mention in my Instructable, being able to visually scan your entire collection of tools often leads to a better tool selection.

I love it. My only concern is that I have a problem w/ pegboard hangers falling off when I take a tool off of one. I assume your hooks stay on better, what did you do to get them to stay on?

great video and great idea for a garage wall and basic tools like shovels and hammers still wont pass the dad borrowing and misplacing tools test lol

@sensoryhouse I have been wanting to make the same thing for myself. I just picked up the pegboard/hangers today. I don't have any wheels, but I think I'll go with my handcart for now. Reading the comment about having your stuff on display made me think of maybe adding a roll-up cover, as I am living in a condo, and I need everything to do double duty, and I think I could make it look artistic or something.
