Microsoft Excel #04: Excel as a Database

I use Excel as something of a simple database. I use it to keep track of movies, collectibles, etc. because I like the interface, the ease of organizing data, and the ability to filter data on-the-fly with AutoFilters and Sorts.

I have a proble with a work. i need to draw in one box a text or number or something and in the top of the same box i want to put a picture wich is a red thing then, what i want is when a clic en the box or in the picture,,,, disappear an when i clic with the mouse again in the box appear the picture again..

is there a way to use sheet 1 as an data entry form and have the database on sheet 2 so that when i enter data into the form it will add this info to the database
