    he wasnt being disruptive. he was studying. the student tried to leave the library on his own accord. the police officers prevented him from doing so and thats when he raised his voice to request that they let go of him. in a library where most are studying, school security and police entering to question a student is already disruptive even if speaking at low volumes. even someone listening to their ipod is disruptive in the silence of powell library.
