Polaroid recently announced that it is reducing the amount of instant film it produces. The intention is to create enough film to last through 2009 and license the technology to other manufacturers after that. This comes on the heels of Polaroid's departure from film instant cameras. Polaroid wishes to concentrate on its digital endeavors but for a company that is synonymous with instant film, and has already declared bankruptcy once, is this a death knell? Also, what will this mean for the enthusiasts around the world who love working with transfers and lifts?
save polaroid!

GOOGLE polapremium !!!!!!!
Digital, film, one is not better than another, it all comes down to preference. Look at it this way. We think we are so advanced with our digital cameras, not to far away from earth there are beings that surpass that, but it doesnt make them more advanced unless you label them as such. Time is an illusion; it all comes down to preference

Funny people always shaking the Polaroids as son as came out from the camera. I know as a professional photographer digital is the future but, I use Polaroid SX-70 a lot and Type 809. You don´t get the same thing with digital, Polaroid was unique.

Fuji makes instant films that can be used in Polaroid instant film holders of medium format cameras. I am not sure about 600.
