Filipino Kali is an art of improvisation and adaptation most especially when it comes to random application when it mattered the most.

Common-sense methods from the "poor-man's survival guide to street-fights" still in production.

  • i think it is great u r showing this. a good 'ol classmate had a small stick he used similarly. our training system was based on self defense so everything was based on a counter-attack. for a whole year in judo afterwards i did not know or understand why they told us to attack, attack, attack.

  • bang!

  • very very nice vid helped me alot

  • Educational video. And I enjoyed reading the comments as well. It's rather entertaining =D

  • i got a switch blade and a spring assist but good vidieo, plus one of my spring assists has a glass breaker on one end so if it dont open... it still has a metal stud on the bottm. 5/5 good vid

  • excellent video

he shows us alturnitives to just stabbing and cutting giving us more ways to be resonsible people

Because the law would be all to quick to throw us in the big house dungeon with a fucked up pair of pajamas

  • Good vid but fact is nothing can prepare you for the situation, I was stabbed 4 times with a large knife back in 2004... the fact was i thought i was in a fistfight to begin with not knowing the guy had pulled a knife, as well there were no streetlights so the fight was very poorly lit... by the time i realized i was pouring blood from more than fists the guy took off running... so you just cant always expect the scenario to be perfect, there are many elements to train for.

  • thanks for the tips i practice alot and now im really good with it!

  • Yeah it's really great. Really good vid too!
