@gaskinsboys01t is inside your engine head and it opens and closes to allow your fuel air mix to enter the cyclinder,you do need to be mechanically minded to adjust them, maybe google the inlet valve to get an idea.

You should look at your mechanics ability, The inlet valves are known to tighten up and make them hard to start.

When it's Chinese shit like that you can't fix them to last even a week before they break again. Get a name brand like his suzuki. Those will last
