Here is my secret to how I lost one stone (14 pounds) in one month.
I started to do fasted cardio which is where you exercise first thing in the morning before eating. Don't exercise for too long though (above 30 minutes) other wise your body will start breaking down muscle.
I hope this works for you as well, please let me know your progress.
Good luck :)

  • You certainly look much better thinner, I have been experimenting with diets and weight loss since I was 18.

I did loose 130lbs in one year I went from 260 to 130 in a years time, by drinking OJ and having 1 fish sandwich a day.

I did always have a problem with the way I looked, I weighed less than my friends but looked heavier, way later in life I discovered why, now I look as thin as I'm suppose to.

It was due to excess waste left behind , doing daily enemas worked for me I'm now 100lbs.
