Closing of 2007-2008 concerts' season at Sala Radio, Bucharest, with Alexandr RUDIN. Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky -- Variations on a Rococo Theme in A, for cello and orchestra (1876), op.33, National Radio Orchestra, Bucharest, conductor and soloist (cello): Alexandr RUDIN -- 13 June 2008.

The musicians of Sempre Quartett - cvartet de corzi are playing in the Orchestra.

    I prefer the original verision of this piece ;)

  • The first 3 Variations (first 5:30 min.)are extremely like the

    version of double-bassist Guy Tuneh, that was posted last year.

    but after all this is a very good Rococo!
