Video of the Saar Light Rail Train that operates in both Germany and France.

This train does both regional commuter service as well as street level operation in towns.

It operates on 15,000 Volts AC on the Regional Rail Line and then it converts to 750 volts DC operation
as it transfers from Regular railway lines to city streets. At this point it operates like a Streetcar
or Tram except that it also runs in dedicated rights of way.
