One handed bowling: for those who don't have the athletic ability to two hand. One handed bowling: for those who are to fat to get their arm around the other side if their beer gut. One handed bowling: for those who want to get smoked by a better technique. One handed bowling:for for those who want to bowl like people did in the 50's.
2-handed bowlers: Doing half as good with twice the effort. 2-handed bowling: A back-breaking option for those without revs. 2-handed bowlers: Doing with two hands what most need only one hand to accomplish. 2-handed bowling: An alternative for those with limp wrists.
I personally am not the biggest fan of 2 handed bowling but if people do it I'm all for them I don't think 2 handed bowling will become the norm though in 20 to 30 years but there maybe more of them
Jason shot a 300 on Jan. 8, 2012 on the ESPN television broadcast, and won his division, so I just think that more and more young bowlers are going to give 2-handed bowling a try. You can just get so many more revs on the ball this way, and more revs means better pin action. I think the 2-handed style will eventually become the norm in 20 or 30 years.
belmonte created the name for 2 handed bowling. but osku palermaa was the first one to do it on national tv. so palermaa started the 2 handed sensation here in america, belmonte just tok it further.
It's defintely an effective new technique on the pro tour, but until two handers win more than 80% of PBA tournaments, I wouldn't call it a revolution.
