Big fan of these quick workouts... hard to workout all the time when you work 9 hours a day. I have been following the crunch time workouts from vastmuscle (.com) They are quick enough that I can do them during my lunch time.

so do i its just that i cant do push ups because i proke my arm on the growth plate and it hurts to put presshure on it and im going to church tomarrow and i need to lose whaight and fast
