Shane, how do you know when to move to the next exercise? Is there a specific amount of time to do each exercise within the 3 minutes?

@jordanknox Minimize rest. The less time the better. Use it to measure the progress of your fitness. For example, if you need 2 minutes to rest the first two weeks, then only one minute, you know your body is being optimized for being a HIT Man or Woman. Use your heart rate to guide you!
