they won laun a missile at the us, they kow that if they launch a missile, usa will launch a nuke, and then all other countries will launch a nuke and he world will be destroyed... its a form of protection even though they have the ability to destroy countries they wont, it is like a reassurance, if they gt something poiting at the usa, the usa are less likely to strike them as they are at risk too

NK would be put out so fast if they went hostile and fired a missile at the US (Hawaii) because not only would the US go to war with them but since it is so close to Canadian soil Canadians would go to war with them as well, and then NATO countries would help out and NK would be completely and udderly overwhelmed, NK is just flexing its flimsy little muscles.
