#4 Burpees Complex Tabata:
Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Skaters, Front Lunges
Just a quick reminder that the Tabata protocol is 8 rounds of 20 seconds high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest. (4 minutes total time)
