  • I have studied these agreements in great detail and even worked under them. I have also been involved in negotiating them. They are absolutely the best way to go! why would you not want to eliminate any possible labor disputes before they even start? Everyoneelse has their day at the table; Architects,Designers,General contractors,and subs.they all have their contract!. Why woud it be prudent to not give workers their day at the table too! The PLA is their contract.

  • The PLA keeps the scabs out, and allows the workers to make a living wage.

  • Unions are a good thing this is all BS. Non-Union firms just want to pocket all the money instead of sharing profit with the workers who in turn put that money back into the community.

  • The GREED of a handful of unionists that are politically connected are living in all our pockets. When are we going to start busting unions. America cannot afford to indulge these thieves.
