  • I thought this was a great video. I would like to see a video demonstrating the proper setting of top tension.  Specifically, I would like to see the how the spring behaves with proper tension. Does the thread pull the spring over to the stop completely or should it be balanced between the limiits of the spring movement.?

  • One other thing...some tension assemblies have a small metal pin that is loose inside the assembly..be careful that it does not fall out and get lost (been there, but found it). TinLizzie18 products have this type of pin. It goes into the assembly at the back..same way it came out.
