when he says give up sleep, he means you have to be ready to give up comfort. you have to push yourself past pain and keep going after we become exhausted at our task. every task is a step to a goal. sacrificing sleep seems impossible to most people, but we sleep without sleeping, we go into a relaxed comfort zone and do the easy things in out comfort zone. he doesnt mean dont sleep to the point were you cant function.do what you need to function, but live outside the comfort zone at all times
