At times the phone is either too sensitive to touch or won't react to touch at all....and the lock location key sucks. Too many reason to list to warn others to pass on this headache of a phone.

I've had it a year and I'm still frustrated with it...and now the back of the phone is peeling/chipping (and I protect it from being scratched) and one of the keys on the keyboard has chipped. I bought this "dumbphone" in Dec. 2010 for $99 through ATT...and I see they now have the nerve to ask $149 for it!...believe me its not worth it....you'll want to throw it against the wall or down the toilet like I've been tempted to do many times. Do Not buy this phone!!!

i have the lg xenon and i like it better than this phone. they are both the same except the xenon is faster!!!!!!!!!!

i hate this phone becuz wen i plug my charger into it it wont charge it will just say insert battery,,plus the battery dies real fast

@keyblademaster37 make sure your doing mobile youtube and not the PC version of youtube , it may affect the way the phone renders videos. but tbh ur not missing much

@taylorfan201 um id go with this it has a better camera and its made by lg which is a pretty big name. if u have big fingers PANTECH EASE easily cause it has a spacious keyboard

@twigeek55 DON'T go with the freestyle, you might be disappointed. I own one and it has failed on me too many times.

@twigeek55 DON'T get the freestyle. It looks terrific and very stylish. It has some great features and everything, but the software is extremely glitchy. The phone also restarts on its own constantly. I bought it, I was lured by its looks. PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did.
