@knife13100 - Hi Mate, fat doesnt necessarily always mean unfit, I'd wager that even then that if I started jogging alongside most athletes, it wouldnt be me who quits first. I didnt realise that I'd put on weight until I saw videos of myself like this one. I was always strong and fit but as I got older and became a parent, I chubbed up (a bit like Elvis once the fame got to him). Since this video, I've dropped about 15k in bodyfat. CA
