We installed Xen on top of an Intel TXT architecture, and demonstrate how the TPM can detect the installation of a corrupted kernel and prohibit booting into it.

  • Very good demonstration. It shows directly how Trusted Boot can prevent execution of the non-approved kernel.

    As far as I can see, the mismatch message is shown by the boot loader. What happens, however, if one replaces the MBR of this system with a non-approved version?
