Go into the push-up position with your hands on two dumbbells. Squeeze your abdominals and upper body to keep up the control. Start rowing the dumbbell up to your side while keeping the other arm rock solid. To increase intensity, try to hold the working arm up for a moment.

The stabilizing effect in this exercise creates an incredible stress for your entire midsection area! After doing 2 sets you will feel amazing squeeze in your abs. (This will need some practice!)

  • you'd better watch out... This exercise will completely hit your abs due to constant tension. Remember to keep your legs wide to control the balance! Good luck!

  • Sure, U can lift heavier dumbbells in this exercise... :) but I still recommend that U start with light weights and learn the correct technique first before U jump into heavier weights... Remember, this is just a demonstration..

  • You should do the negative part slower and the positive part the fastest. Way better technique.

  • shouldn't you do it with the dumbells shoulder width apart from each other.?
