This is a bit bass-ackwards. Ok, this is not the way to remove a cyst. It is, in fact, the common technique for breaking up the calcium build, on your wrist. To remove a cyst, you must make a small incision, on the area, drain the excess puss and remove the cyst by contracting it with tweezers.

I had a cyst in the same place, and I had mine surgically removed.
I would never let someone hit my wrist with a book. I can think of a dozen better ways to break my wrist.

yeah but we dont have enough money to do surgeries when are wherever-at that time my mom had been having a bunch of surgeries
the cyst is gone-no broken wrist or wrist probs-whats the matter with cheaper medical fixes

my brother(with the cyst being popped) looked it up when he had one b4 and tried it and it worked
this ones a lil more stubborn but it shrunk alot and changed the dr's mind bout doing surgery unless "it gets bigger" in which case we woule shrink it again
