  • The devil in the body of a woman...

  • @happylilsunbeam Bette Davis did, Joans arch "frenemy". !!! LOL

  • @sweetkittytwine She explained in the video clip, that she taught herself how to speak clearly and she worked with her own gestures. She related perfectly well to the person interviewing her. What the problem is, is that Joan was a lady. Something we no see today!

  • NO WIRE HANGERS!!!!

  • @sweetkittytwine You are correct. Everything Joan did, she did it for the audience. No matter what rumors circulated about her home life, she must be respected for giving US everything she had inside of her.

    R.I.P. Joan Crawford.

  • I take nothing away from Joan Crawford, not her fame, grace, dignity, talent or her lady-like manner. But I understand that when she was young, she was quite the little slut. But that's always the way, isn't it? Do what you want when you are young and then when you get older, you become this pillar of society and totally proper in every way. This is nothing new. It's constantly happening all the time.

  • Those thick bold eyebrows will always be her trademark. Joan had a presence

about her that seemed carefully rehearsed. She always used her facial expression

with such taste and elegance. Her voice was mellow and regal.

  • strange lady. very odd behaving and her thought process' her ability to communicate with others seems labored. i think she lived inside her own mind and most of the time she was acting. i think her fame was of utmost importance to her such that she could not relate well to average people or topics.

  • The ultimate movie star

  • Joan always wore classy, colourful outfits, very stylish and sexy. Those were the days.

Look at how women dress now! They either dress like sluts or slobs. Generally speaking of course.
