A King County judge ordered a release of the dashboard-camera video from Seattle Police officer Ian Birk's patrol car, which shows footage of John T. Williams and Officer Birk moments before Birk fatally shot Williams on August 30.

@smallville19845 Apparently you didn't get the memo. The shooting was already determined to be unjustified by the Police Department's Firearms Review Board. Preliminary or not, they decided that Birk faced no threat, whatsoever, and was wrong to use deadly force.
You're not actually here to discuss anything, or ask any poignant questions. You're just here to espouse anger at whatever shortcomings you're currently facing, by referring to everyone who does not think like you as bigots. Grow up.

@TheGraceofChrist This officer has no one to blame but himself for seeing a crime happening where there was no crime, then literally forcing the issue without radioing in the concern or calling for backup before discharging his weapon into the side and back of an innocent citizen. There were no "split second decision(s)" that needed to be made that day, and this video is living proof that Mr. Williams never saw a gun or a badge, and was never given the time to properly comply before he died.
