the only time rolling thunder isnt horrible is off a confirmed ground hit, which makes it bad for his juggle game.

IMO, and feel free to correct me... Dudley is unusual in that all of his supers are really good. He shares this trait with Urien (and to a lesser extent, Elena or Ryu). The only real downsides to to Rolling Thunder are that it doesn't allow EX and the hit confirms are more specific (grounded opponent). The damage is nice.
