**PLEASE NOTE THAT SPRINGBOARD CRASHES ARE COMMON, RESTORING YOUR DEVICE SHOULD BE THE LAST THING YOU DO**

**IF YOU HAVE MESSED AROUND WITH ANY FILES THROUGH CYBERDUCK OR IN THE SSH PROCESS PLEASE RESTORE THE ORIGINAL FILES (JUST DRAG AND DROP THE ORIGINAL FILES BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL PLACE (YOU SHOULD ALWAYS MAKE BACKUPS OF ORIGINALS**

**TRY SOFT BOOTING YOUR DEVICE A FEW TIMES AND GET RID OFF ALL THEMES AND WINTERBOARD**

  • Thanks a lot man!!!!!

  • thank u so fucking much

  • Hi does this work with iPhones 4?

  • winterboard/springboard is the #1 reason people jailbreak their iOS devices anyway bcuz thats what about 80% of people's devices basically run on. Winterboard is the best thing you can get when you jailbreak, if your telling people to delete Winterboard, miether as well just tell them to delete Cydia!

  • i know the cause of the safe mode is winterboard..is there any other app like winterboard i can use instead?

  • thx for the ideas. all i needed to do was remove the last package that i downloaded from cydia whch was androidlock xt a bunch of my freinds had this package also and theirs crashed too so watever you do DONT GET ANDROIDLOCK XT!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • nice 1 worked for me

  • Mobile Substrate save my Itouch it said "We are sorry for the inconvience your spring board has crashes you are now running in safe mode mobile substrate protected you push restart spring board to return to normal" all i had to do was push the restart button and 2 sec it was back to normal mobile substrate is highly recommened

  • All i had to do was hold the power button and slide it to turn off and turn it back on. Once it turned on springboard was back up

  • I did every thing you said an my iPod still don't work pls help!!!!
