Looks like Arnold is closing Gaviota(along with 219 other state parks). That should empty the line up... yippee!!!! I find this funny. Considering just 8 years ago Gray Davis had a proposal to "emminent domaine"(steal) the the beach and common area's from the ranch owners.

Who's saying it's a secret... What we're saying is don't rub it in peoples faces. I've been to govies overhead, offshore,point to the beach with 3 guys out. All I'm saying is I'd like to get like that again someday.
