lol "nuclear option" is just a phrase, an analogy, like "when pigs fly", used to describe a war ending move, like when u really drop a nuclear bomb, reconciliation was only suppose to be used on budgetary issues, ask ur dem. Nuclear Options - GET RID of the filibuster.

Reconciliation - Get around a filibuster for this one vote instead of being stuck in a stalemate.

Emphatically NO! IS the GOP lying? YES they are. DOES Fox repeat the lie? YES they do.

A common tactic of the right is to rely on logical fallacy when someone calls them on their hypocrisy or lies or demagoguery or whatever.

Think what you will of Maddow, the evidence is clear and irrefutable. Saying that one side does the same thing doesn't excuse behavior. So I could rob a bank and say, "Well, HE did it?" No, I couldn't.
