don't be down about it you will drop 5 one of these weeks. It seems like I am the same weight for 2 weeks and bam! down 5 all of a sudden..my body shape seems to change the weeks I don't lose...if your food keeps getting stuck you may have a stricture that developed at the connection of the stomach to the bowel so be aware of that-it's easy to fix and done with a balloon as an out patient...just a thought...talk soon Rose

Your body is just adjusting, you will probably have a big loss in the next week or two. So glad to hear that your daughter is doing better!! You can DOOOOO It! :)

The weight does weird things for all of us...I have no idea why. I know mine has slowed down but I will try to bump up my fluid intake and I need to exercise more. I dread the stall but it is inevitable.
I was told to peel all raw fruits and veggies with a tough skin.
Congrats on the measurements!! So happy to hear about your daughter. I will continue to keep her in my prayers.

Good to hear that your daughter is doing well. I gained 3 pounds on my 3rd week and stalled around the 6th week... I think our bodies just need to adjust to the loss sometimes. You'll do better next week.

It was great hearing your news about your daughter. You said alot about your 5week experence.thanks. I Know i should be making more videos. But i will soon. Its just been a upsetting week. But I'm so glad i found this channel. God bless.
