  • My back always snaps when I do hanging leg raises. Machines seem to be better for me when it comes to abs because of my fucked up lower back.

  • @MadisonBratina I'm going to try cable crunches next time. That looks like a great exercise.

  • @MadisonBratina I tried that and it still snaps. If I bend my knees it doesn't snap, but that's too easy for me.
