YAMAHA SRX 400 600

The series model in which the single cylinder engine is chiefly installed is indicated with the motorcycle that YAMAHA MOTOR is selling with Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. and SR (Esarl).
SRX600･SRX400･SRX250
SRX is a sports model of the single cylinder engine, and the derivation series of SR. The SRX series was designed in the direction "Aim at high performance possible with a single cylinder ..extremely.." while had designed as a motorcycle obedient ..with traditional atmosphere.. as for either of SR series.

SRX250 was put on the market in 1984. The character as the sports model was a thick motorcycle rather than the SR series, it was equipped with the DOHC engine and the disk brake, and it was put on the market to the caul specification.

Both SRX600･SRX400 is put on the market in 1985. Here was a series to aim at the sports riding that usually developed SR, and the body was almost equipped with four valve engine and the disk brake by a common specification. It is a vehicle where the high rank was monopolized in a single race at that time.

This type was assumed to be the end and all models and the production ends were done several years later afterwards though 250･400･600 received both restyling in 1990.

The exhaust looks like Over Racing, the bike comes with electric start and kick start (although this model may be electric start only).
