  • @MySignify - love kate to pieces and also wish she was more well known. i'm glad that other artists are exposing the general public to her genius. i also encourage everyone to look up more of her material. her most recent album, 50 Words for Snow is a masterpiece, i think :)

  • Gwyneth's voice is so beautiful!!!!! "Woman's Work" can't play without feeling deep heart & soul emotion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • she has a good voice, but also it's funny how people are so certain that greg or maxwell are the original artists of this song and are shocked when they discover kate she is an amazing artist her songs are all phenomenal, check out 'Strange Phenomenon' 'Rubberband Girl' 'Wuthering Heights' 'Running up that Hill' 'Moving' and too many others to mention. She wrote all her own songs too which makes her accompishments even more incredible.

  • excellent vocals from gwyneth paltrow, excellent song

  • Kate Bush Is the author of both the music and lyrics period. Maxwell added an emotional soulful spin I liked and he did this song some justice by exposing it to an audience that may have never appreciated Bushes mastery. Here we have G.P. singing a lovely rendition that again is well done a good cover. However, watch the tv video of Kate Bushes first release and you will see what true emotion and soul are made of and know that she is simple timeless. You just cant copy perfection.

  • fair play to her. great song and as good a version as i've heard

  • She can sing. I'd never thought she'd handle this song (which is one of my all time favorits). She can actually sing.

  • Love Gwyneth's voice - so pure and different but you can still tell it's her. Beautiful rendition.

This is probably my all time fave song.

  • @seaclouds Watch it there "seaclouds" - a heck of a lot of us "Americans" know more than you'd think about Kate Bush and her work. Incidentally, I've met plenty of Brits, Canadians, Australians, and so on who had know idea who she is or hate her work. Damned generalization.

  • Kate Bush did a better version of this. Twice.
