a good bag will cost 200 and up, it is best to order online from Title Boxing or some other boxing supplier. Stores do not have pro-level bags, Sports Authority, Dick's, ect. all carry novice and intermediate stuff.

Does putting it on a chair help it from tipping over?
Mine is completely filled and tips over so easily.

@ELSP73 yep thats wat happen to me the everlast reflex ball is rubbish! i taped it up with masking tape! but still little bits of sponge are on my carpet! i'm gonna splash out on a leather ball! good luck!

You look like you've used the Reflex Bag for awhile. So how do you think this bag would benefit in terms of a Chinese Boxer? Or in other words a Gung Fu practitioner??

I would call Everlast as they are covered under warranty 1-888-863-8375
or better yet take it back to the store and they should give you a new one.
As far as problems go we have not had any and I beat the bag up pretty good. I think you just got a bad unit. Take care

Thats a good idea!! Put it on a chair and shorten the shaft so it springs back quicker........
