@chipsandkebabs yeah true i shouldnt said that. but what i ment was that his behaviour with others is like prophets. I have been told by one of Madina imam nephew. He is like angle.. I know he does makes mistakes even when he reads the quran you will find him making mistakes in that aswell as in daily life aswell but we dont know that...

Yeah Sheikh Shuraim is a very good and holy person - may Allah bless him in this world and the hearafter and give him a high status. Ameen. I also love the Sheikh.
But you shouldn't say he is like a prophet. The prophets did not make major mistakes that we make.(I'm not saying Sheikh Shuraim commits major sins or that he is a bad person but he does make mistakes)
May Allah guide us all. Ameen.

@Muhamnmad I think he listened to his recitation at that time and he liked it, so he made him the imam, but Shuraim says that he used to pray to Allah to guide him the right path; so probebly he accepted his pray... You know i think that he is just like a prophet; i mean what a holy man, imagine the respect he is getting from people around the world.... unbeliveable... May Allah make me like him aswell...

@Muhamnmad really what mosque... hmmm so as soon as he graduated in 1988; he become the imam of jeddah... but which mosque in jeddah.... and i heard that he was appointted by king fasil..
