a Tarantino take on Mad Max would just be long dialogues that has nothing to do with the plot of the movie, a scene with a trunk, Sam Jackson being cast saying 'motherfucker' a lot, Warrior Woman having bare feet, Kung-Fu, a soundtrack of pop songs from the 70's that no one remembers and the whole thing would be in none chronological order.

I have seen all of Tarantino's movies and I have no idea where you get the idea that he would be a good call for a director of "Mad Max 4"

Errmmm......if it doesn't have Mel Gibson it aint Mad Max. He IS Mad Max for chrissakes!

I really hope that they can make it happen and that it has the same raw surreal flavor it did in the past. I would hate to see them make some trash just to make money off the franchise name. Mad Max is too unique a movie series to do that too.

I didnt care for 2 or 3, so 4 proly wont be be much better. I saw Mad Max in theater when first released and it was Fantastic. Ultimate revenge flick (goose bumps...pun intended)

Mad Max 21 century's Hollywood version: Max is american citizen. Then his wife gets killed by muslim terrorists, Max goes to iraq and and starts to fight against muslim querrillas(yes instead of punk bikers) and at the same time he falls in love with another woman who is from usa but trapped in the desert. Max has a rival who is also in love wiht that girl but he gets killed by someway. Max kills over 100 terrorists and gets the girl. In the end american flag flutters. There is no nuclear war.

this man is a genius. Damn wars ruined a lot of the production. Mad Max isn't the same without mel but I'd love to see a great aciton film in the theatre. I missed the others I'm not going to miss this release.
