Originally set up to keep information on terrorists these information centers are now being used to track criminals as well private citizen who might be considered a risk.

A Fusion Center is a terrorism prevention and response center that was started as a joint project between the Department of Homeland Security and the US Department of Justices Office of Justice Programs between 2003 and 2007.

The fusion centers gather information not only from government sources, but also from their partners in the private sector.

When bush was in Office he had the exact same sort of thing as part of the patriot act; except he targeted liberal protest organizations. If you were caught back then taking part in a liberal protest, you could be blacklisted in such a way that you could never take flights again, and be wire-tapped and spied on by Homeland Security and the NSA. This is the oldest triple cross psyop in da book.... some young innocent people go on YouTube saying "hey, I've got this document from the government that says I'm a terrorist" - and of course they look harmless cause he has a beard with no moustache and she is wearing glasses.

So then the government feel bad and takes them off the terrorist list and gives them the spare set of keys to the Whitehouse to make it up to the offended public... but then... ahh.
