Whats funny is Camden is the most dangerous city in America awash in guns. Trenton is full of gangs and guns. Newark, patterson, jersey city all crazy with criminals with guns, home invasions and carjackings are a regular occurence. And the State police are known to beat you up if you call them for assistance. Ahhh, I love living here.

You don't need to trust anyone. The right to have a gun is protected by the constitution of these United States in which you live in. If you don't agree with that. There are many other countries that would gladly accept you. Please move there.

But not trusting someone and creating laws that criminalize people for no reason aren't the same thing. If you don't trust somebody yet they plan to do you harm, it won't matter what tool they use, just the desire to do harm. The problem with Jersey gun laws is that common sense is not required nor welcomed. Its a automated form of control that harms all in its attempt to stop the few. Make sense? Its like your mom smacking all seven of her kids in hopes that she got the one that cursed at her.

Great video, unfortunately, lots of wishful thinking in the neo-facist state of the "Republic of New Jersey." Not only will we NOT reverse the existing laws, but our state legislators are proposing 22 more as I type this, which have already passed 2 levels of legislative approval. BTW, I'm a member of the NRA, NJ2A Society and JPFO - it's not enough to fix NJ - It's far easier to move to a free state.

You forgot the personal references of your aquaintences, who must attest to your personal character by completing a questionairre send out by your local police. Yes, I had to have a personal interview too. The harrasement of NJ Residents whom want to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights is second to none in this country.

Fine. Amend it. You know, through the normal amendment process. Let me know when you get there.

it was a criticism of the way he made his argument, not a debate of the argument itself.

right, because the constitution is the be-all end-all of what is universally right and what is universally wrong (that is to say there is such thing as universal ethics). it could not be inherently wrong, and therefore should not be amended. oh wait...

    ass.
