A stop motion/timelapse video of me building the LPEpower V8 for a customer. The camera rig/rail is also made out of lego. :)

  • @nicjasno I am using the white glue. But the air all comes out from the switch :( .

If I use the super blue.It will fixed, right?

  • @sunnykoomos Its not just the glue, you also have to prepare the shwitch before the 2 pieces are glued back together, so that they really sit well and that the rubber seal can seal. Superglue will make sure the switch doesn't come apart again.

  • Amazing! Way more production value than your previous videos, looks like you have a great camera too! What camera is it, a 550d?

  • @pagani8 It's not my camera. It was a nikon d300, i belive, with some very expensive lenses.

  • Do you do these things over a weekend?

  • @Gater1337 Usually.

  • Does the plastic ever overheat?

  • what happened to ivan?

  • @darjanator Okay, thanks! An 85 is definitely very narrow, especially since the d300 is a crop frame camera? Anyway, definitely pays to have a good lens, love the sharpness and the shallow DOF with the 1.8 aperture!

  • @pagani8 I used a Nikon D300 with a Sigma 17-70 f/2.8-4.5 for the first scene, then alternating between a Sigma 24 f/1.8 and Nikkor 50 f/1.8. Was hoping to also use the Sigma 85 f/1.4, which is my favourite lens, but there wasn't enough room for such a narrow lens.

  • Nice presentation

  • @nicjasno Oh, I wondered. It certainly looks beautiful though, especially with how sharp that lens is and how shallow the depth of field. You might want to borrow it again for making a film of the Mustang product in action though, you could learn a few camera tricks from watching Top Gear and everyone'll want it! A shot with the camera on the back of one car facing the Mustang and then having it accelerate and then pass by would be very cool indeed! (although that'd be like$3000 in a crash:P)
