INTERACTIVE SERVO-SHIFTBRITE MODEL - THESIS (FULL)

This is my MA's in Architecture and Digital Media, final thesis model.

The model has 10 shiftbrites connected in an array , and 4 digital micro servos. The motion of the servos is controlled with the mouse via pocessing.
The model has 2 arduino boards. One for the 4 servos, and one for the 10 shiftbrites.

The thesis project is about is about landscape, spatial experience and representation. it works with users perception by framing the aerial perspective of the landscape as to create a selection, an isolation and to distinguish the view, through a users motion.

Also it deals with the various precedents in painting and visual perception. Interactivity and Dynamic experience' can draw both on architectural and digital examples of technology.

It ties together with an idea about dynamic experience and parallax motion.
