@freakyguru yea sure you can add anything you want, just be sure it is raw and organic if you want the full health benefit. you should get tested to see if you are allergic, nuts are so awesome it'd be a shame to miss out on them. a lot of allergies people have are from eating lots of cooked foods, if you go on some sort of detox you may find your allergies disappear!

I dont have a dehydrator how long should i let them stay in my oven on the lowest temperature? Forget to ask can i use a food processor to make these cookies?
CamilleVendryes 8 months ago
@CamilleVendryes What's the temperature? If it's hotter than 105, the enzymes will die. You could leave the door ajar. I'm not sure how long to keep them in the oven, I've never made them in the oven.

Isn't dehydration cooking ?
(not saying it's not, but just asking)
Can you dehydrate with your stove?
LauraBeachnut 1 year ago
@LauraBeachnut Hi, I dehydrate everything on less than 105 F, so the enzymes stay alive. If your oven has a setting that low, you can use it, but most do not. Good luck. Stay tuned, I'll be doing a live weekly show stating in a couple of weeks, lots of great raw food recipes for you, many not needing a dehydrator. Blessings to you!
