lock the elevators 1/4 turn towards pits, run rope from left horn through latch for derrick hand, if your blocks will lock for shit. get ur pusher to pick you up a stripping rubber-push it on the stump with your elevators- latch up- hold the rubber down while pulling a joint- pull bushings-ease rubber below bushings and take off. maybe you know this- maybe you dont. a good slug is always kickass (i love outrunning em). love it!

yeah we do that man, that was right at the start of the trip though and the stripper's usually put on after the first flow check. By your lingo I can tell you are in the US, and not sure if it is required there as here but we have to do a flow check after 5% of the string has been pulled.
