Here is a brief Dynamax Core Trainer demonstration by an amateur (myself). The intent is to show the basic uses of this awesome upper body exercise device so you'll buy one from me on ebay! :) EBAY SEARCH: Dynamax Core Trainer Thanks!

  • Actually, the answer is "no".

This is not a product of NSD Powerballs.

  • I never claimed this to be a Nanosecond (NSD) product, my friend. The Dynamax is made by an American company (Dynaflex).

Actually, if you want to quibble, NSD doesn't make powerballs, they make gyros that are labeled: "NSD POWER". Dynaflex DOES make SOME gyros and labels them "POWERBALL" (one word).

  • same people who make powerballs?

  • Yes, that's correct. Dynaflex sells them for $300 typically. I sell them on ebay for $200.

  • UPDATE: Dynaflex has come out with a new model (which I now sell for $250 total on ebay). The new model requires NO BATTERIES to start (it uses a pull-cord starter)! Performance & operation is otherwise the same.

  • Thanks for the great demo video! That thing is awesome. Looks like a good quick powerful workout. I tried the Arm Shaper, which has a link to this core trainer on the packaging, and the Arm shaper is intense!! If it's anything like that, using this will make your upper body rock solid in minutes a day. $200 is a small price to pay for an exercise like that.

And ya, the NSD says "NSD POWER(R) BALL" haha. So it's not a "powerball" exactly.

Trivia: Who made the FIRST powerball??? haha

  • Good vid, The best info i could find on line other than on the dynaflex web site. thanks for the info. good price too.

  • thank you :)
