These heartless are born from purely from darkness. They are identified by having blue, purple and black colours and looking a lot less plastic-like and a lot more dangerous. They also have no Heartless insigna on their bodies.
Such Heartless are:
Darkside, Shadows, Neoshadows, Invisibles, Darkballs and more.

I loved the huge Heartless to fight in the first game... but then they started putting him in the other games and he became to common and easy. This boss became a joke, but was badass when you first encounter him in KH1.

True. I thought the Dark Follower (I think that's its name in 358/2) would have been a challenge but it only had more HP.
