quite true, belgians are uncommunicative ,sad and grey people, i think that they are like their sky..GREY!
fortunally in bruxelles ( i live there) there are a lot of foreigners that they meke the city more vivid and intersting...
but most (not all of them) of the belgians are boring and sad
