Stopping the first fusion torch.

For all those wondering, the armor I'm wearing is Colossus X, the difficulty is on normal, and my character is level 57.

its bullshit. i just bought this but because i cant access it if i dont have access to the normandy i have to start again and play until i can. dammit why cant bioware just make it so you can keep playing once you finish.
