hey andy! nice video! i got a question though, and i know your not a doctor but would you happen to know anything about shoulder pain? the reason i ask is because ive been doing push ups and pull ups lately and ive had my shoulder bother me when and after i work out, it goes away but when i work out it comes back. would you happen to know anything? thanks!

Stupid questionbut considering the three exercises how long should I be aiming for,30min,20mins.I am 54years old and am still weight lifting and exercising daily but would like to add this routine.
