  • What relationship do milestones have with opportunities? How do you change the status of a milestone or complete the milestone?

  • @joerob00, Thanks so much for viewing our demo.

    Each Opportunity created can optionally have a set of Milestones applied. These are used to guide a sales person through a series of steps - and can then also automatically update the Opportunity to show the progress against the Milestones.

    A user can update the Milestones through the Opportunity form – progressively updating the progress of each Milestone and flagging it as complete when appropriate.

  • Also, Templates of Opportunity Milestones are created and configured within the Pivotal CRM solution by an administrator with the required security permissions.
